Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Jungle CRM (the “Platform”), a travel customer relationship management application for managing leads, destinations, quotations, invoices, vouchers, supplier operations, integrations, and related business workflows. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authorized use
The Platform is provided for use by authorized employees, contractors, and agents of a travel company or organization that has been granted access. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes related to travel sales and operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Organization accounts and roles
Access is controlled through roles and permissions (such as Admin, Sales, Manager, Operations, or Accountant). Your administrator assigns what you may view, create, edit, export, or delete. You must not attempt to bypass permissions, access another user's account, or use the Platform in a way that violates your organization's policies or applicable law.
3. Description of services
Jungle CRM may include, among other features:
- Lead and destination management
- Quotation building, previews, and agent sharing links
- Invoices, credit notes, payments, and supplier payment tracking
- Master data for hotels, suppliers, itineraries, and travel packages
- Document and guest file storage
- Post-sale operational sheets and import tools
- Dashboards, reports, and notifications
- Integrations with third-party systems (for example Zoho CRM, Facebook leads, email, or telephony)
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Customer and lead data
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of customer, lead, guest, and supplier data entered into the Platform, including obtaining any required consents for marketing, communications, and document collection. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. Sensitive identity or travel documents should only be collected when necessary for legitimate travel operations and handled according to your company's privacy and security policies.
5. Integrations and third-party services
The Platform may connect to external services configured by your administrator. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data practices, or changes to their APIs. You are responsible for valid credentials, tokens, and compliance when enabling imports, webhooks, or sync jobs.
6. Public and shared links
Certain features allow sharing quotation previews, payment receipts, or similar content via links or tokens. You must share such links only with intended recipients and understand that anyone with a valid link may be able to view the shared content. Revoke or expire access when no longer needed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or other users
- Reverse engineer or copy the Platform except where permitted by law
- Scrape or harvest data beyond your authorized role
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to data
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for internal business purposes during an active license or subscription. You retain ownership of business data you submit; you grant us the rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data to provide the service.
9. Confidentiality
Information accessible through the Platform may include confidential business, customer, pricing, and supplier data. You must treat such information as confidential and use it only for authorized work duties, unless disclosure is required by law or approved by your organization.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We strive to keep the Platform available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, integration failures, or events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Business decisions based on reports, quotations, or calculations remain your organization's responsibility.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Jungle CRM nor its operators, licensors, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100) if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
Your organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful handling of personal data entered by your users.
13. Suspension and termination
We or your administrator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or end of employment or contract. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Data export or deletion after termination may be handled according to your organization's agreement with the Platform provider.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the organization that licenses Jungle CRM, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between your organization and the Platform provider. Disputes should first be raised with your organization's administrator or designated support contact.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed to your organization's Jungle CRM administrator or the support contact provided by your organization's license holder.
